"Not great, honestly"
The sushi just didn’t taste fresh. Kind of old, a little dry. Not what I was hoping for.

The food tasted fine, but the portions were tiny for what they’re charging. I’d already been thinking this place wasn’t as worth it as it used to be, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. I finished my order and was still hungry, which is just frustrating when you’re paying that much...

"The conveyor belt was honestly a mess"
I’m not trying to be difficult, but barely anything came around on the conveyor belt. I waited a while and there just wasn’t much to choose from, so it was disappointing.

the food was okay, but the service was so slow. it felt like we were waiting forever just to get basic things, and the staff seemed rushed the whole time. not a great experience tbh.

"A bit stressful if you’ve got dietary needs"
I checked YO! Sushi before we went because I’m dairy-free and my friend is gluten-free, and I still didn’t feel totally confident about what was safe to order. Maybe other people have had an easier time with it, but for us the dietary info felt a bit unclear, so we ended up asking the staff loads of questions.

The staff were friendly and tried to help, which I appreciated, but ordering felt more stressful than it should’ve been. The food itself was fine, just not the most relaxed experience if you have food issues. I’d probably want to hear from others with allergies or intolerances before going back.

"Same Few Options Every Time"
I don’t know, the menu just feels super limited now. It’s like every time I look, it’s the same handful of options, and if you’re not in the mood for the usual sushi, there really isn’t much else to pick from. I wish they’d switch things up a bit because it gets boring fast

"Trying to order was honestly a hassle"
I tried ordering from YO! Sushi and, yeah, I kind of just gave up in the end. The pages were loading really slowly, the menu kept shifting around while I was trying to tap things, and checkout on my phone was way more confusing than it needed to be. I refreshed a couple of times thinking it might fix itself, but then my basket disappeared, which was just... great. It’s annoying because ordering food should be simple, not something you have to fight your way through.

"I had an issue with my order, so..."
I had an issue with my order, so I reached out to Yo Sushi hoping they’d sort it out. It took forever to hear back, and when they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t really read my message properly... No real solution, just a generic “sorry.” Really disappointing, and not great customer service at all!!

"Pretty bland, honestly"
I ordered from YO! Sushi and it was kind of disappointing. The rice was dry, the sushi didn’t have much flavour, and even the sauces didn’t really save it. For the price, I was expecting a lot better. Maybe it was just an off day, but I don’t think I’d order again.

The place didn’t feel that clean to me. The tables were sticky, which was off-putting, and the sushi didn’t seem all that fresh. The extra sauce on the side felt unnecessary too. Bit worrying, tbh.

"Rude staff and inconsistent answers"
The staff really didn’t come across as friendly at all. I also kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to, which was frustrating. It felt like no one was on the same page, and the attitude didn’t help.

"Not much here for vegans"
I was really disappointed with the veggie and vegan options. The menu look kind of confusing, and then half the things I wanted just wasn’t available. It felt like the vegan stuff was added last minute, honestly. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again...

"Barely anything we wanted was available"
Went to YO! Sushi for a quick dinner and it was frustrating. We tried ordering a few of our usual things, but there was no salmon nigiri, no chicken katsu, no gyoza, and a bunch of other bits missing too. It felt like every time we picked something, the staff came back saying they didn’t have it.
I get that restaurants run out of stuff sometimes, but this was early evening, not like we turned up right before closing. We ended up just getting random dishes we didn’t really want, and not saying it’s a scam, but… paying full price when half the menu isn’t available doesn’t feel great. Disappointing overall and I wouldn’t rush back.

The food tasted okay, but the portions were way smaller than I expected for the price. I probably ate for about 10 minutes and still left feeling half hungry. For what it cost, it just didn’t feel worth it to me

the order from YO! Sushi was mostly fine. Most of what I ordered showed up correctly, but one side was missing and they sent the wrong sauce. The food still tasted alright, but it’s a bit frustrating when you’ve paid extra for certain things. Not awful, but not amazing either.

"Not exactly the most relaxing meal"
I went to YO Sushi and, it was fine in the sense that I survived it, but the whole vibe was just really uncomfortable. The music felt way too loud, the place looked a bit messy, and it wasn’t the kind of atmosphere where you can actually relax and enjoy your food. The staff seemed stressed too, which sort of made me feel stressed just sitting there. I’m sure it was just one of those days, but yeah, the whole thing felt rushed and awkward. Probably not somewhere I’d choose again for a proper meal out.

I ordered takeaway from yosushi.com the packaging was poor. The lids didn’t seem to stay on properly, and one of the sauce pots had leaked everywhere inside the bag, which was just “great” to deal with when it arrived.

By the time I got it, the sushi boxes were sticky and a bit squashed. The food itself was okay, but the whole thing felt messy and annoying. I don’t think I’ll be ordering takeaway from them again

I asked about sesame and nut allergens before ordering, and the staff didn’t seem totally sure. Then I got one answer at the till and a different one on the app, which made me really uneasy. I ended up leaving half the food because I just couldn’t trust it.

For a food place, allergy info needs to be clear and taken Seriously. it was stressful, and if you have allergies, I really wouldn’t say it’s worth the risk.

"Order never actually went through"
I tried ordering through the app and somehow got charged twice, but the food never showed up. Something about it just felt really frustrating, especially since I paid and still ended up with nothing.
